A belief is our interpretation of an experience. This usually happens at a very young age. This interpretation can come from love or fear. This is how a belief is formed. We then live our lives according to our beliefs whether or not they serve us for our highest good or our life’s purpose.

If this experience is interpreted and processed as fear, it stays with us in our memory and our physical body. Not fully expressing the emotions of the pain and anguish from this fear, it then solidifies into something foreign, and we call it disease and illness. These diseases that may be in our bodies, cause dis – “ease” of our mind. When we feel “uneasy” about an experience, and our emotions have not been fully expressed at the time of the experience, we lock this into our memory as a fear, as a bad experience. Many of us believe that showing emotional pain, and releasing fear is a bad thing.

A Core Limiting Belief is a belief that is so strong it creates other beliefs around it to camouflage it. In a Soul or Fertility Consultation, Core Limiting Beliefs are revealed from the soul, and Belief Breakers are put in place to dissolve and replace the Core. We can then live our life’s purpose.

A Belief Breaker breaks the belief of the strongest Core Limiting Belief that you may have. The Core Limiting Belief has the most fear attached to it. It needs the most time spent on it. A Belief Breaker is repeated over and over again until the Core Limiting Belief is dissolved and replaced.
